3 awesome guys running the greatest bike shop in council bluffs. They are very knowledgeable and provide quick service for small repairs and have reasonable prices! They are the go to guys that can give you information on local bike meets and rides in the metro area Thanks guys!!
They just don't seem to care. Stopped in a few times to check on bike. After 3 weeks and no progress, it was clear they had no interest in my business. Oh well, plenty of bike shops that do. Used to be a much better run shop. Hopefully they'll turn it around sometime soon.
We went in expecting to spend $600+ on a bike for me. We were priced way lower the first time we walked in and bought a bike for me on the spot. They also had a bike in stock for me, I'm 5'1". Finding a bike for me has been a challenge without spending a fortune. Thanks guys!
I have bought 3 Jamis bikes from this shop and I have been more than pleased their customer service is great go see Steve he will educate and tailor a bike to your needs!
