My first pour over coffee. Was delicious. I had the God Particle. It’s donation based which caught me off guard. I’ll definitely be back to try them all. Also, the place smells amazing.
I love taking people to Drips when they come to visit - it is definitely a Council Bluffs destination. Also, a great place to work from if you need an excellent cup of coffee to get you going.
One of the best coffee experiences in the area. A conversation with Tres will always yield an enlightening fact or perspective, and the pour-over is second to none. Do yourself a favor and take yourself and anyone you know who likes coffee and get them down here.
