Seems to be a lot of machine moving going on. They get good slots and then move them out. Kind of frustrating.
Top notch service. Amazing staff all around. Coould be a little better about removing or baning people that walk around asking for money....sort of awkward to be approached by a begger as your gambling.....cant really give the old "sorry i have no extra money" line.
Too crowded, way way too many slot machines! Crappy chairs at Roulette tables & all gaming tables are poorly placed!
Like the rewards benefits, have one for horseshoe as well but use this one more, wasn't big on looks at first as it needed some upgrades, but the staff is awesome and the new carpets look great, I'll always choose Ameristar first when I'm in the Bluffs
