Will never be going back - Trying to keep a long story short, I was in the office for an hour and 45 minutes just for one filling. No cleaning, no x-rays. After being anesthetized, I waited for 15 minutes before anyone came back in. Ended up having to get more anesthesia and was left for another 10 minutes. And to top it all off, was left alone in the middle of my filling with tools sticking out of my mouth for ANOTHER 10 minutes before my filling was finally completed. All of them without any sort of apology or explanation. Not to mention, I now have pain in that tooth, which I've never experienced. I'm hoping that goes away in a day or two. Either way, never going back.
This dentist is very quick at filling cavities and does a great job shaping the tooth to fit your bite so it won't feel weird in your mouth. Mary Ann is one of the nicest receptionists I have ever known and she is still working there, hopefully for a long time! I'm not a fan of the new office staff they've added, however, as they're not near as nice or helpful and even impatient and rude at times.
Love this place there so friendly and are very helpful in everything and they do such a great job
