I have never seen any medical providor with a greater propensity to screw up and delay medication refills. They nearly always take a week or longer, and frequently require me to go into their office and literally wait through my withdrawal symptoms to get the medication which they themselves tell me I need to take.
That will be 12 days after I first called in for a refill.
This is the norm, not an exception.
They are completely incompetant as an organization, but they are very good at blaming someone else or some thing else.
Right now I am into day 5 without medication. I called in three days before running out. Today was friday. They are closed on the weekends. They will be closed Monday due to the holiday. Maybe Tuesday they will get off of their asses and fill the prescription.
