Loved this place always has what I'm looking for. Baby showers, weddings, elder birthday's, first and character themed birthdays, beach to circus themed party's.
Asked for help with finding tape to wrap a present. Was given directions that did not lead me to said tape. The young lady I asked couldn't be bothered to show me where. Not impressed with customer service or the ability to find a damn in the store.
Bought balloons for my sons birthday party, paid for them and had to pick a time to pick them up the next day. Thought great, I'll swing by and pick them up on the way to the party! Wrong!!! I was even a few minutes past the selected pick up time and they hadn't even started blowing up a single balloon yet!!! Why set a time if you aren't going to have the job done?!
