WOW. This place has absolutely everything for your home. The choices of carpet are unbelievable and you definitely are not limited as there are thousands of flooring choices beyond belief. Chris quoted us a very good price which included carpet, pad, installation plus even traveling to our home in Odebolt 80 miles away. I wouldn't have thought about stopping here for carpet as we were originally looking for furniture. I just assumed carpet install would be extremely expensive being so far away. I'm glad I asked because they quote was unbelievable for high quality carpet. Granted we did not purchase any the day we went however I do plan to come back in the next week or 2. His prices beat Home Depot and Lowe's Black Friday and it wasn't BF when I went in. I hope to even get hardwood and tile eventually as they have every choice under the sun - seriously. Even countertops.

Upstairs you will find many high quality choices for furniture including mattresses living room sets, recliners, bedding, kitchen & dining, tables for any occassion, area rugs, home decor, lamps pillows, basically everything you need can be bought at the store. Plus you can custom order their furniture with several choices of different fabrics. I always try to internet shop to see if I can get a better price and thus far everything I have found here that I want to purchase is lower priced at this store. Nite I have only dine a quick search online, bu t so far so good.
The guy that came out to measure for the carpet didn't add correctly, so not enough carpet was ordered. We waited a good 2 weeks for the first batch of carpet to come in, which is when this was discovered. It took almost a week of me calling to find out what was going on before I found someone that told me the carpet had been ordered. Which also took about 2 weeks to arrive.
Kelly's Carpet & Furniture has some great stuff at great prices, and their staff is very helpful. Just be known you'll have to put a certain amount of effort of your own in to keep lines of communication open.
Chris is the owner's son and said they have been in business for either 20 or 30 years. He was so full of knowledge and not afraid to talk in full detail with us. All of our questions were answered in a very knowledgeable way. I have not seen better initial customer service then we received from Chris Thursday at this store. He even put up with my 'crabby husband and son' who absolutely hate shopping for anything home related. He was so calm, polite, understanding and even convinced my husband to go ahead with my purchase... which is not an easy task for me to do alone. ;-)
A month after the final piece was installed, we still haven't seen the final invoice, warranty, or any other documentation for the carpet (other than the bill). I called today, left a message for my sales rep, and assume that something will show up in the mail in the next week or two.
We have remodeled several rooms and used Kelly's for our tile. I found some accent tile somewhere else, but had trouble finding tile to match. Kelly's wide selection and wonderful staff assisted me in matching the wall and floor tile! I could see all three together. I love Kelly's.
The staff at Kelly's Carpet and Furniture is very friendly and helpful. Just don't wait for them to call you; you'll have to follow up with them at every turn.
Went in to look at mattresses. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, accomodating, friendly, reasonably priced with great, locally sourced products. Multiple financing options and first-time buyer discount opportunities. Will be back to purchase and recommend!
