" It is unfortunate when a transaction does not go as anticipated. NP Dodge takes your concerns very seriously. I met with NP Dodge's President Mike Riedmann and we reviewed all of the documents that you provided to me. I also explained to Mr. Riedmann the sequence of events as you explained them to me.
I signed a legal binding contract with NP Dodge and I guess it only works to NP Dodge's benefit not the customers. I would recommend that you not use Brenda Flores or NP Dodge.
We listed our home with NP Dodge (Brenda Flores) and we advised that we would not allow the home to be sold by "dual agency" and both parties signed a contract stating that. The day after the home was listed Brenda submitted an offer herself from her potential buyers stating that she could not find anyone in her office to submit the offer. When we rejected that offer due to breach of contract everything started falling apart with several errors and Brenda's professionalism ceased. We were never shown a final accounting but told if we wanted the sale then we needed to sign the closing documents. I addressed this issue with Dan VanHouten and he took it to NP Dodge president Mike Riedmann. The response we received was this.
The people above me keep up so much noise every single day and they won't do anything about it.....it is so sad that these people are allowed to live how they want but I can't..... I can't have any peace!!!!
