I've been designing and building a large chicken coop by myself. I have purchased materials in small increments as it has grown. I started by pricing my initial materials at Menard's and Home Depot--whoever had whatever for less got my business. In the process of ordering materials at both places, I have come to really appreciate Mendard's. Chris A in particular was very helpful, professional, and saved me time and money with a little patience and quite a bit of expertise. Sad that other reviewers found employees who were less than helpful. Glad that I got Chris A a few times on my visits. Thanks Menard's.
Not sure on what their names are, but would like to see ALL of them recognized if possible. I returned a water heater on Friday and the excperience exceeded my expectations to say the least! From the gentleman at the gate where you pass through to access lumber to the gentlemen at dock A9 and not to forget the manager in plumbing. I wish I could remember their names...ugh! Remarkable customer service from each one that assisted me. These guys are amazing at what they do and this is why I shop only Menards. I truly appreciate you working with me on my exchange and making this the most painless trip to any store for that matter. You all deserve a pat on the back and a nice big fat bonus! You guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love going to Menards,they have a lot of everything there. The only thing I don't like is that the parking lot gets really crowded and hard to find a place to park.
I went in to exchange expanding foam. No hassle. Got in and out.
I went to buy dog food. But found some other items on sale that were on my list also. Very pleased today. The young man also helped me get the dog food in my truck.
