The PA I saw was great. Diagnosed my sinusitis. Sent RX directly to my pharmacy and I was on my way in under 45 minutes.
In my 12 years in the medical field have i ever experienced such disrespect. Dr. Okaruwa was refered to me by a friend. Well we will not be seeing her again. No bed side manner and just plain rude. Did not look us in the face. I understand my son has a wieght problem but Dr. Okaruwa treated my son as if he discussed her. Telling me she didnt treat him no different then her own children. Well Dr. Okaruwa treat your children as you may but when it comes to my kids you will watch your tongue. Im discussed with the way she acted and treated us.
Worst care I have ever received in my entire life. I came in to be seen by urgent care and was sent to hyvee on broadway to see urgent care there. Then after waiting 45 minutes was told the dr at this location couldn’t treat me I would have to be seen at the location I had just left. This is frustrating considering I had to leave work and drive back and forth between the two locations because apparently the workers do not know what they are doing.
First time visiting this clinic today, to see Dr. Thomas. I decided he will be my GP from now on. The clinic is immaculate, the desk staff is pleasant, the exam rooms are spacious. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you guys, and thank you Dr. Thomas and Misty.
Here is the simple fact to this CHI location. There are great doctors and health Care providers here but CHI wants these great doctors to see more people then then the doctors have time to see for a thorough diagnoses of their patient's. These doctors care but are rushed to spend the appropriate time with people like you and I that are needing medical care. Don't blame the doctors blame CHI.... CHI will never read this post nor will they care.
