Owner is a spectacular woman who was very knowledgeable and courteous.
I took my watch here to change its battery. While the lady was putting the watch back together, she completely stripped a screw's head completely off. Now I will be lucky to ever be able to remove that screw from my 400 dollar watch ever again for a battery change in the future. I don't know what I paid them for, because it's now in worse shape than before I took it to them.
Nice lady changed my watch batteries for what I believe was a very good price. Thank you! :D
