I had the prime rib and it was hard as a rock so I complained they said it was the last piece of the night. I said if it was that bad why would you serve it then. This place sucks out back stake house is so much better than here

We normally enjoy eating at Longhorn, but the service today was not up to their usual standards. It took a full 25 minutes to get our order placed and the restaurant was less than half full. I ordered a pint of beer with lunch and the host, who finally offered to get us drinks, returned and told me they do not serve pints, only 16 oz or 20 oz size beers. (1 pint = 16 oz). One of our orders was not done correctly so we had to wait another 15 minutes for that to get cooked. The manager came by and took that meal off our bill. Dirty dishes were left on the table, and refills not offered until we were done eating. The food was good, but not worth the wait.
One of the few places in the metro that cooks a steak correctly the way you order it for less than $25. Atmosphere is way better than the competitors. Service is good as well.
Excellent service, food is always perfectly prepared and very minimal wait to be seated.
