Just went there tonight and got some thing for me and boyfriend and some things were priced one thing then you go to pay and its more than what you thought then I realized I got over charged and they said sorry can't help you and didn't reimburse me. Then bought a toy and it work for as long as we were in the store went to my friends house to show my boyfriend our new toy and it didn't work. I was gone from this store for 30 minutes went back in and of course couldn't help me then to top it off I looked on the toy companies website and there is no contact info so the warranty is no good. So don't buy from romantixs or the screaming o collection. There; there just to take your money for crappy products.

I feel this place is unsanitary and an extreme public health hazard! There are many random adults, mostly men, who engage in sexual acts in full view of anyone who chooses to pay the minimal fee of $7 admittance to the "viewing booths" &/or "Arcade". Sales clerks intentionally ignore these acts taking place and knowingly allow sexual acts between customers to continue in the booths and in the arcade. When I approached the employees of Romantix about this matter, they dismissed my concerns and refused to take any action towards resolving the issue due to "lack of proof" that any sexual acts are taking place. I have never been so disgusted and apalled by such neglegence and dismissal of local and state laws regarding sex acts in public places / businesses.
Kids can't be inside this place.
