The guy in the office is way too chatty u can't get away from him. We had an incident where he charged after my bf, wish i had filmed it with my camera.
No maintenance man now and my key broke off in my lock, so I'm paying for a unit that i can't use because no one can break the lock.
Great facility, staff is very friendly and helpful. They also just added U-haul service's. A++
