I accused them of causing a crack in a toilet I bought. I now know it was a manufacturing problem. They came and installed a new one free of charge. After dealing with me, they deserve a good review.
We had a clogged drain and water going into the house called these guys out to clear a drain asked for pricing up front was told it would be around $160, 2 guys showed up spend 4 hours working on drain to find a broken pipe. They hit me with a $600 bill and said they would have to come back with a camera for an additional $175. And couldn't do it that day so rescheduled and they never showed up. Called another company they were here in 20 minutes used their camera to find OCB Plumbing was trying to open an inactive drain.
Had OCB come out on Saturday evening as our septic was clogged and had family home for Thanksgiving. It ended up they had calls ahead of us and it was getting pretty late. Even so they called and said they would still come out when being over 50 miles away. Needless to say they were able get the clog open and if things couldn't get any worse our water went out and even as late it was they put that in for us as well. I own a HVAC and electrical company and understand the value of customer service and workmanship as well as good business ethics. Let me tell you OCB has it all. Oh I didn't mention the pricing. It was more than fair in fact very unexpectedly reasonable for a holiday weekend. You guys have a customer for life with us! Thank you
These guys were great. They helped me when other companies turned me away. Very reasonable prices. Customer for life.
We've had them out about 3 different times for 3 different problems. They were prompt and even took care of an unexpected challenge after we remodeled our kitchen. The extra work was priced fairly and the work was done very professionally.
