Do to the council bluffs post office im out $30.00 because they delivered my package to the wrong house they claimed that they tried to recovered it but I got the same song and dance every time I called so to the route supervisor you are fake and don't care about your job and the fact that you get to stick it to people
Staff at this location prevented me from getting my first class mail for almost 8 months due to an error they made. Called many times asking what the deal was and went through several supervisors who couldn't fix it. Asked for the post master and he just scoffed at me said he was busy with other things and handed me right back to the supervisor who didn't know what he was doing. Post master fixed nothing and didn't care. Disappointed in this location. Post master should be fired if he can't lead or train his people. What is so much more important than your customer??
It seems to me that in this particular u.s. Postal Service they don't care about the packages they mistreated or open or retape . some of the personnel are good
I never get my mail delivered before 6:00pm ever night! What going to happen when it starts to get dark early no mail!
Clean and usually fast moving lines but staff aren't very friendly.
there a white lady there heavyset that she's always angry with an attitude.oh oh and mailman they do the opposite they don't care I guess they get paid too much money to care. They should be fired and get new personnel.
