Went to look for scope for a slug gun. I called ahead of time and was routed through the system 8 tomes before I had to ask for a manager to answer my questions. Finally found out what we were looking for was in stock. When we got over there they had no batteries in any of the scopes. Had to call Cabelas before they would put a battery in. Would not recommend the gun counter to anyone. There are less expensive places out there. I would expect paying a premium price I would get premium service. This was not the case adverb I asked question I got the answer of "I don't know "
From walking in the door, throughout the store, and upon departure, all staff members that I encountered were greeted me, were friendly, and knowledgeable. The store was well organized, stocked, and clean. The parking lot is huge making parking to store a short walk.
I had a wonderful experience with Steve in the archery department! The gentleman helped me with everything from start to finish on purchase of new bow setup. Very knowledgeable and kind! Bass Pro needs more guys like Steve!
Love going here. Was looking at buying a new gun and the guy showing them was a crab ass. But over all it's a fun place to go to kill some time at the very least... I also wish bass pro would have more of a vehicle section like for pickup trucks.
It was great. The cashier was new but lost. It worked out but I have had alot better. Other then that it would have been a 5 star.
