Always great service and friendly staff. The wait times are generally accurate and they will help you out with about anything you can't do/forgot how to do with your phone. They even teach you a few things and make it easier.... I'm totally computer-illiterate so every little bit helps!! Thanks Verizon!!!
Got here before the doors opened on black friday. There was an army of employees lined up to greet us. Got what we wanted and even more! Thanks Brandon for your help and patience!!!
We had an authorized user add a tablet to our plan, the problem is that they never informed our user of the credit check and then lied about it being a soft hit. Even after it was verified later it was a hard hit. Don't trust this store, or the staff. Even after disputing it, the manager wouldn't do anything to waive the stocking fee on an unopened device. They will try anything to get a sale, including flat out lie. Go to NFM or Best Buy.

I needed a phone case for my son and wanted to just grab one and proceed to the cashier and the unprofessional little twit at the door was very rude and told me there would be a 45 min wait. I could see what I wanted from the door, but she continued to be snotty. Have avoided that place ever since!
