This was a surprise find in our stay in Council Bluffs. Open just over a year this is a bakery and coffee shop with a long list of drinks and baked goods. The hardest part about our visit was picking only one of the delicious treats to eat. Two glass displays showcase a wide variety of tasty treats that are hard to pass up when they are staring you in the face. The coffee is perfectly made and the service is friendly and very quick. The atmosphere here is fun with a great bar area that overlooks the street for good people watching while you enjoy whatever tasty treat you've selected. Besides serving great coffee and baked goods they also do custom cakes. Vegan and gluten-free options are marked on their menu allowing those with dietary restrictions to quickly find something that suits them. This is the type of place that once you visit you'll wonder why you never did before and will go back again again.
Spotted this gem after going to the farmers market across the street one day. Decor and atmosphere is super awesome! It's old school, but done up really well. Came to try the coffee. Reasonably priced and tasted great. Only comment is that the coffee wasn't very hot, but assuming that can be an easy fix for future purchases. Other than that, great experience!
I love my Toddy coffee maker! Thanks for making them available for purchase. I had forgotten how cold brewing coffee this way makes it taste soooo smooth, not at all bitter. I tried it with your Campfire Dreams beans and it made my coffee dreams come true!
