There is no chance at failing when gift shopping at Kohl's. Amazing styles, quality merchandise, and priced affordably. I must commend the employees for going above standard to assist in any questions you have, and that truly means absolutely any questions. There was store clerks from every walk of life at any age that were pleasantly helpful as to show multiple selections of the perfect age ranged products that I was struggling to put together on my own. Best part about my visit is how they brought me several choices from all over the store to where i was making it a remarkable experience. There is not enough space to turn around and the lighting didn't allow the colors to be at their full spectrum. Thank you ladies it was a great night. By the way my daughter loves each and every piece of these out fit and her bunny pajamas. Score for the trendy mom .
The store was a mess. The women's dressing rooms were absolutely filthy dirty. Worse than a thrift store. Dust, dirt and paper everywhere.

I am so incredibly unhappy with this store! I am a service dog trainer and had a dog that I am currently working with in the store with me. The dog was not in her vest as per the ADA she does not have to be. An employee decided he wanted to argue with me and couldn’t even tell me what the dog needed to have on (vest and ID) in his mind because I said that and he stated that’s what he was talking about. I simply stated that those things are not required per the law. He proceeded to insult my intelligence so I decided to pull the law up on my phone after he stated his child has a service animal. When I showed him the law he pretended to read it, did not even apologize and went on doing what he was doing. He was extremely rude! I left everything I had in my cart and left. I will not return to this store. Keep in mind we had been in the store for 45 minutes before any of this happened!
