I'm in this Walmart all the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful (except for one old hag, named Sherry I think, in a yellow vest in the self check aisle who makes me feel like I'm having a rough prostate exam).
Friendly services got what I needed no shoulder to shoulder shopping but checkouts can be ridiculous withing the first week of the month.
Went shopping here the other day and when I was checking out the cashier didn’t know what he was doing nor did the CSM! I’m extremely grateful that they opened another store in CB because it is a way better shopping experience.
Customers backed up at checkout. Needed to put more checkers on. It took 25 minutes to check out. I only spent $10. 5 minutes to grab what I needed and 25 minutes to check out. A MANAGER was just standing there instead of opening a register or calling more checkers. Not a good manager.
I am giving the tire and lube a 5 star review because of Shena. She went through the whole process of me return tires that I bought in the wrong size. She made sure I got the money back onto a gift card so I could purchase the correct tire. She was seriously the best employee especially considering everyone else told me that I could not even return them. She made this whole process so smooth and she has no idea how much I appreciate it.
I "price compare" and buy fresh produce frequently and this Walmart is a good bargain. It's close to my home and to save on fuel I frequently combine trips to Aldi and Sam's Club.. we call it going to "Sam W-Aldi's".
