One hour later guy shows up and tells me he forgot my pizza
Pretty upset. We get Papa John's for the garlic sauce and because of its proximity to our home. Normally it's not bad, not the greatest but usually a solid 3. Today, we ordered two pan pizzas, cheese sticks, wings with no sauce, and cinnamon pull apart bread. We asked for extra garlic sauce and extra blue cheese. Both of the pizzas were burnt and practically inedible, the wings had the hottest sauce on them that they carry and thus could not be eaten, and we got one container of blue cheese and one container of garlic sauce. For $43 we get cheese sticks and dessert. At least it was ready on time.
Another hour later girl shows up with pizza
Scheduled a carry-out for 2:15 pm, one hour in advance. Was not ready till 2:30. No compensation was offered. Your word is worthless. If an hour is not enough, do not offer scheduled pick-up times.
Pizza was great. The employee who took our order was jerk. Very impatient and rude.

Nice cold pizza delivered 20 minutes late.... F - U!!!! I wish you could leave a tip AFTER you get your pizza.
