They got us in the same day we called! Very quick and helpful, only the guy at the desk was a little snarky. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Lee specifically. The veterinarian I saw at my last visit, another lady I have forgotten the name of, seemed a little less thorough, but to her credit my dog was being a little difficult and the waiting room was packed. Overall a great place to go to have your best friend helped!
I made an emergency appointment for my cat who was seeming physically ill. I was able to get in with in a few hours being a brand new patient. I saw Dr. Angela Richwine and to say she was fantastic is an understatement. She was completely throw with my cat and explained everything to me that would happen. Unfortunately I found out that my cat had a tumor and I made the hardest decision of my life to have him put down. Angela was so comforting and made sure that I was OK at all times through the difficult process. She was so caring and compassionate about the whole entire thing. I had Napoleon for 13 years and never have had a vet treat Napoleon or myself with so much respect.
Easily the best vet I've visited. You can tell the staff here truly cares about your pet. Very helpful and comprehensive new puppy information. After visiting them I switched my old dog over to them as well. Good people!
Dr. Lee and all of the Valley View staff are the very best. Exemplary care is given to both pets and pet parents. We are a multi-pet home and I trust Dr. Lee completely with their care. She emails test results and always follows up with a call to review them - sometimes as late as 10 pm. She doesn't rest until all calls have been returned. She is a true vet that observes the pet closely and listens. The tests recommended are as required and not just to run up a big bill. She works closely with shelters and rescues to help all animals. If their were 10 stars - that's what Valley View Veterinary deserves!
Valley View Vet Clinic is wonderful! I have trusted my 3 cats to their care for more than 6 years. The entire staff is so compassionate and helpful. We recently had to put our almost 15-year old Abby down and they were all so thoughtful and helpful during a very difficult time. I recommend them highly. They are very busy and do marvelous work.
