We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. I haven't eaten at an Applebees for probably 3 years. The menu was large and we had really great food, especially for the value. Our service was really great. Sweet potato fries were the bomb. This dining experience made up for our horrible hotel we stayed in.
VERY BAD SERVICE. RUDE, INCONSIDERATE MANAGER WHO ACTED LIKE WE WERE ANNOYING. MOST OF THE MENU THEY DIDN'T HAVE IN STOCK. DIRTY, OUR ORDERS WERE SERIOUSLY NOT CORRECT. WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER. AN EMBARRASSMENT AS WE TOOK OUT OF TOWN GUESTS. WOULD NOT EVEN SUGGEST TO WORST ENEMY'S
My experience the other night was horrible! The waitress was amazing, but the rest of the staff were snobs, and the manager was rude to me and my family when she helped bring the food out. She didn't even have her shirt tucked in, she was showing lots of skin, definitely not what I want to see when I'm about to eat. The restaurant is falling apart.
The food is great. The portions are plentiful. Atmosphere is family oriented. There is a bar and television's with news and sports.
My 5 year old and I were told it would be a 10 minute, we’ll it took 45 minutes. There were several tables open the entire time we were waiting and not being seated. The boss of the bosses boss is not a boss, needs to go back to hostess basics and learn how to manage his seating better.
