The ketchup pump was either empty or broken. We ordered a shake half chocolate and half Jamocha. It was a sad mockery of what we've been able to get at literally every other Arby's we've been to. Way too light in color. Really a good thing we're not in Omaha that often. I just hope we remember to avoid this Arby's.
Food is good but the management are special little snowflakes. I was inside on my laptop had my hand resting on my wasteband and they kicked me out cause it looked "inapproilriate" this place can go f off never eating here again.
One of my consumers and I decided we would come here for lunch one day, because my consumer loves to watch the semi-trucks. I thought it was the perfect spot to take him for a while. However, The roast beef was very dry. It almost felt like I was chewing on beef jerky. It was disgusting. And they were extremely rude to us. (My consumer has mental disabilities, need I mention!) I will probably never come back here. I could be starving and still wouldn’t come back.
I found a super long hair in my sandwhich!!! I was so grossed out I couldn't finish the rest of my food including the chocolate shake. Very sad. Love how it's open 24 hours but we waited quite a while in drive thru...which is fine....it's just the hair that really got to me! It was so long...
Apparently, it’s not clear that if you order two combo meals, they should include TWO sandwiches... and fries. Good job, guys. You missed over half of what goes into a combo. I didn’t realize how difficult that was to get right. Also, really good job answering your phone so I can tell you that you left out half the meal I paid for. Thanks.
