It was nice since I had to wait they gave me extra bread sticks there food is delicious I recommend you go there
The quality of the food has also taken a turn for the worse, and the pricing is a bit high compared to other fast food offerings. Simple spaghetti with meat sauce, a couple breadsticks and a soda for one feels like a rip-off at $9 + sales tax.
Piss poor service. Ask for more bread sticks and never got them. People just playing around in the back.
I guess if you're in a pinch and want a quick pasta meal in a hurry this might be worth it, personally, I just don't see the value in eating at this location.
This location is really hit or miss. The staff here seem to be either in a bad mood, unengaged with their customers, or just apathetic to their jobs.
The food was good but the staffs attitudes was horrible like no one wanted to be there let alone work, there was only 3 tables when we got there that had people at them all the rest were vaccant, 7 tables were dirty an still had plates on them, 3 others had no plates an needed cleaned off, the whole pop counter was dirty an wet, the tea was out an so was the mr pibb, we had to ask for bread sticks repeatedly, went up to get a togo box an after 15 mins i just brought the plate up to the counter an said i need a to go box... this is the first time i have ever had such a horrible time at fazolios, postive note is the guy that workes days dark hair an dark skin he has the best personality!! We had great service last week with him.
this is a nice location. I stay away from the other ones. but if I'm in CB and someone suggests Fazoli's then I'll drive.
