Took for ever to get 5 out of 6 drinks and another 15 moms to get the last drink Been here over 30 mins and still no food! 35 mins..45 mins later I ate half a hot dog I had in my purse and asked to have my fish in a bag to go. My blood sugar had dropped out and I was sick. I will NEVER COME HER AGAIN!
We eat here frequently and have never had a bad experience with the food or the the service. The menu is not very extensive: chicken, beef, fish, pork in their usual forms-- sandwiches and wraps and even alligator appetizers. There is a good bar area but limited on craft beers. After all, Uncle Bucks is in BassPro Shops so there is a good ole boy vibe. Very casual dining.
We went for the Friday night unlimited fish and chips. The food was great. The fish batter was really nice. We did have to send a tap beer back as did another table because it tasted like the tap had not been cleaned. They fixed it and replaced the beer. The waitress was young and new so she was struggling, but she was sweet and trying hard. I will go back to try other selections. They do have a small enclosed event room as well.
Waited about 20 mins for someone to actually come and greet us. And nearly 30 mins for a “all you can eat shrimp” and a “half ceasar salad” very disappointed. While more than half the tables were empty
We decided to stay for dinner after visiting Santa. We walked into the restaurant and thought we would get right in because over half the tables were empty, but we're told would be a 35 minute wait. We took the pager and roamed the store for 35 minutes then returned to the restaurant for an additional 15 minutes before we were seated. After that service was fine and everyone liked their food. I did think it was a little pricey, even with the tickets we got from Santa visit for free kids meals.
