We stopped at Wendy's 12-19-17 around 7:00 pm. What a mess, both dining room and staff. Dining room had 2 tables with chairs on top and a long table piled with trash. Order taker could not get our order correct. Fortunately we were able to see the screen and have him make corrections. Our meal for 4 was delivered in pieces. 15 minutes for 2 kids meals. Part of a taco salad in 15 minutes, chili and crackers after another 10 minutes. No chips or salsa. A burger took 30 minutes and 3 tries to delivered what was ordered. Very disorganized mess for our order and several others in the restaurant. Would not recommend or return to this location.
This place is so cheery. I love coming by and seeing the smiling faces at night. Cindy, Nick, and Jessie are great managers. They're always there to help and make sure your order is right. Great customer service! Great food!
I stopped by when I got off work at 11 one night. They made my food fresh & it was piping hot. When I thanked the man at the widow for making it fresh he said they always make it fresh after 11. Awesome for shift workers.
Simply put, It's good. Service is always good when I go. On a hot day the dining room is warm and muggy. Should get a free Frosty for eating in. All jokes aside good burgers.
Spicy chicken good and filling! Baconator good and greesy! Friendly and fast service.
